Lost Power Auras pane!

I accidently moved my Power Auras pane off my screen and I can't get it back, does anyone know how to fix this?

Go into your WTF folder and delete all the files named "PowerAurasClassic" or whatever that are in there.

That will delete all his saved auras... and will not solve the problem either.
Don't go around suggesting things you haven't tested or are you going to restore all his lost settings yourself?

User placed frames are saved elsewhere.
Go to \World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<YourAccount>\<YourServer>\<YourChar>\
(obviously replace the <> stuff with your actual data)

In there you will find 2 files named layout-cache.txt and layout-local.txt
Open them in a text editor and find (Ctrl+F) PowaBarConfigFrame and PowaOptionsFrame
Those will be in some blocks of text looking like this:

Delete those 2 blocks or change the X: Y: to 0, save the files and restart your game.

Is it only on one character or all of them ?

There is a file layout-local.txt that seems to keep track of some of the frames movements and uses them the next log in .. if they're not overidden by the addon itself its possible it has bad coordinates that are being used. Changing those may help you out.
