what is the name of the mod that helped with gathering in conjunction with TomTom?

I used to use a mod, I always thought it was called Gathering... but I can not find it anymore...

It used to use datafiles, and also record the placed you looked mines or herbs and stuff... it would then make a "path" on your map... so you could just follow the path around and do all the looting. It also worked with TomTom so you could just follow TomTom around from node to node to node.
