The effects should not be all to flashy. More like misty and undeady. As if the plague is seen in the picture, with my characters head and a part of the shoulders seen (so you see the uber nice spikes with skulls on etc) And if possible, also the chain behind the characters head (tho originally this is a part of the 'helm' I think).
The most important part is my characters head ofcourse who will not have a helmet. I would love you to do something special with my characters hair (long but broken and bald at some points, as if it could fall out any moment). And ofcourse the chains thing on my face which (if possible) would totally cover up the eyes and mouth if possible (even tho this isn't in-game).
A name isn't necessary however I would like to have a quote somewhere in the signature, but it can't stick out. More blend in with the background (as seen on
http://i.imgur.com/lKaRD.jpg in the topleft). The quote would be “Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.”
