One thing i am relly missing, which may even sound silly...

The Buff bar moving, it used to be done by dotimmers i think, i look into it, all it did was add a timmer bar on the buff bar, Like i sayed it sounds silly but it usefull :P

i sure some one already done it, i seen a pic of some one UI and it looked like it was doing it...

People using nUI with another buff addon is probably what you are seeing. However, as Scott has pointed out several times when people have spoken about it, if you disable the aura bars or buttons in nUI then you will be disabling alot more of the functionality tied to that information.
