Maybe your are right:
If the frames a chaning so I go into a group or so, thats a bad a relly bad positoining and sizing. After an reload everything is allright. Maybe thats also because TiTanPanel is chaning or try to change the UI skaling. I dont know. And tzhe Problem with the UI skaling also happens every time I switch back to desktop and back to WoW again. thats crazy. Here is a screenshot:
