    list of quests disappears quickly after hovering mouse

    when i hover my mouse over Quests it shows me the list and i dont get any errors or lockups anymore it's fabulous however the list of quests disappears like 2 seconds after i hover over Quests. shouldn't it show the list until i no longer am hovered over the quests?
