While /sort bank will "complete," it is never before it has finished sorting things. Each iteration yields slightly different results with slightly different placement of items, but it's never correct. It seems to alternate between two or three different versions of incorrect completeness. In particular, the Yellow, Green and Blue Brewfest Steins move from the very beginning in one version, to split up in another, and two at the beginning and one the middle in a third.
