    WorldMap/MapNotes integration & flight time bar

    Additionally, could you please add the integration to the normal world map (or MapNotes because cartographer looks really nice but seems to be relying on either US or FR clients)?
    And some moveable bar in the middle of the screen like in FlightMap would also be great. These are my two reasons for staying with FlightMap for now :-(
