WIM (WoW Instant Messenger) is a World of Warcraft addon which helps you to manage your whispers by making them into a classic instant messenger interface such as AIM, Yahoo and MSN.
With game play in mind, WIM has a large array of options where you can customize how WIM interacts during different situations, such as while you are in combat or in town talking to friends or selling your crafts.
WIM now comes with a built in Spam Blocker which utilized WIM's new plugin interface!

***UPGRADING TO WIM 2.4? PLEASE READ!***
Because of the major changes made to WIM in 2.4, you must delete your WIM folder in your Addons folder before installing this update. After installation, you must restart WoW. doesnt care about the bugs in 2.4.3? its doesnt show sumtimes the class type of the wisperer.. before 2.4.3 patch up its always show the class type of the wisperer..
This isn't really a problem more of an observation. I've been paying a lot of attention to the memory usage of all my addons and I'm realizing that WIM is always the number one or two memory "hog" at about 4-5MB.
This seems like a simple addon in terms as memory goes so any idea why it tops the list (above Recount, Bongos, and Pitbull)?
And as a side is there some option I can disable to lower it's memory usage?
everytime i whisper somebody once it wont stop sending WIM_W2WPING every second spamming it like crazy unless i disable the W2W module inside WIM.... whats with this... can it be fixed
i love this addon, its one of those addons that once you use you can't live without using it.
that being said i do have one request for a future change;
the set location isnt very accurate-- and it is hard to gauge where the window will acutally show up from placing that little dot. My suggestion is to modify it so that when you hit the set location button a frame of the exact same size as the actuall window pops up and you place that where you want. That way you know exactly where the window will pop up.

Since its vital, i had to turn WIM off.
Happened at 2.4.2 patch. I updated both clist and wim addons.
go to WIMAddon.com and check out the forums. Or check the WoWAce forums. This is a known issue and CraftList2 needs to be upated accordingly.
