It doesn't load and display unless you specifically use another mod to tell it to load on demand now. I did find that if I open the character pane the percentage value will then appear on the data broker bar. It just doesn't display the 100% until I force it to or I open the char window. I realise that it might be more that you want your mod to do, so for now I'll just stick with the Titan one.

It works, I don't see any need to change if it is going to take some extra effort to get it all going, as it seems from what descriptions I found. And what is that about FuBar? I don't want to mess with my FuBar, I just wanted to try Tekkup's alternative to Fizzle. If I'm wrong about that, I blame the available documentation. Or the lack thereof.
