This should hide every UI element, including (well-coded) addons. It's something like Alt-Y excluding the ChatFrames.
The Show-While-Key-Is-Pressed function is a good idea, I'll add this.

Short form: Privacy2 is a rp-helper addon, which blocks whispers from people who are not in your Guild/Group/Friendlist/Raid (everything optional).

* added speed control:
* /bcam speed
* slow / medium / high : sets absolute values
* + / - : changes the speed
* totaly rewrote the addon, new updates should come faster
