With the way I have always written code, if I can not test it, writing it is kinda pointless. I usually start from something simple (see my mod >.>) then work at adding features to it. If I can make this simplest element of the mod work then I can add more complex features.

Of course I am very new to LUA and XML, most of my past programs where in C++ or Java. But since I might not be taking fall classes I figure I might as well combine education and my hobby XD.

That and I really want to work on mods specific to the death knight...which is kind of hard to do since I have never played one. I understand their basic concept, but any writing I do could be hit or miss. It might work, or it might have been a waist of time and it would be time to start from scratch. I am doing alot of reading though...<3 WoW Programming.

Last beta I tried constantly uploading and having a friend test over vent. He got through maybe three infinite loops / memory leaks before giving me the virtual flip off and going back to his blood elf.
