I switched from NUI to XPerl and it seems to not move my mini-map back to where it originally was and the chat box is now BEHIND my action bar. IS there a way of fixing this?

Delete the nUI folder (and any other nUI related folders) from inside of the Addons folder. Delete any nUI related files from the Saved Variables folders that are located deep inside of the WTF folder.

Why did you ditch the best UI on the planet? I do not comprehend this action.

Well the chat box was to small for my liking and I typically talk to my guild through there while i'm leveling my alts. The icons were to small and it just was all to small lol, unless there is a way to make them bigger and have a minimap on the upper right side

Mine was too small, too. I bought a 22inch widescreen LG monitor with my tax return, and the larger monitor fixed that issue

I have a 22" monitor, it's pretty huge, however everything is small, is there not a way to change it? and I deleted what you told me to delete and it stills shows up like that picture :/

Hover your mouse over the top left of that chatbox and look for the chat tab. Unlock the window so you can move it around.

As for things being too tiny.... I would have to see a screenshot from you with nUI installed. My nUI is perfect on my screen. Being able to compare would definitely help... especially if we can get that fixed for you and back into the best UI on the planet!

okay while I install it again I will take a screen shot, the only concerns I have are, the map being so small so I can't see where I need to go to turn in quests and what not, and also just the chat box being small. I don't care about the other things. Those are the two big ones.

as you can see the chat channel is really small and the map for questing is terribly small, I loved this in my naxx run last night, but it's just SO DAMN small lol.

First of all -- lose SexyMap -- all that "prettiness" is interfering with everything else. nUI's map is actually the same size as the default Blizzard map with the exception of a very small fraction of an inch give or take depending on your display resolution... the Bliz map looking "bigger" is an optical illusion caused by the frame around the map making the entire map seem bigger even though the actual map is not.

As for the chat frame, are you complaining about the size of the chat area, or the size of the font in it? If the font is your problem, then go to the chat settings and increase the size of the font.

If the overall size of the chat area is too small, that's a different thing and there's no easy fix for that -- though I, and most others I suspect, would argue that you don't *really* need the chat area itself to be larger since you can scroll back if need be and rarely do you need more than five or six lines of visible text to keep up with a conversation.

Yeah, my eyes aren't the best at times so when I have problems reading chats I just resize the text briefly while I need to be reading it.

The other thought is to change your resolution. If that is a non edited image from taking a screenshot, it seems small. I had a std 19" monitor and was running 1280 x 1024.

Now, I'm on a 22" Widescreen and running at 1680 x 1050. I also had a hard time reading chat so I upped the font to 16 or 17 I think it was. Much much clearer. I also added in Clearfont2 though. If you want to change the font sizes for your chat, mouseover the chat tab and right click, Fonts are in the list

take a look at ur nui and the other messed ui, big difference ,nui gives u a clean and regular ui . i would strongly advice you to use nui ..

as concerns to your problem, you could easily drag your minimap since you use sexymap, in its options there must be an option to lock / unlock minimap.

I also meant to mention last night that by placing SexyMap in the center of the dashboard like that, you are covering up where the focus frame is displayed which can be a problem, too. If you want to use SexyMap with nUI that's fine, but you should probably locate it somewhere else so it isn't interfering with your focus frame (unless you don't raid or use a focus frame)

Does Tinypic resize the image?? I can't read that text due to the image being 1024x768. You are using your monitors native resolution of 1680x1050, yes?

Hmmm, quick question, what add-on/s are the icons under the top nUI frame, ie; Guild, Gold, etc? Am looking for something beside SLDataText.

***EDIT*** Just wanted to add an FYI, for some reason, new LDB addons like to appear for the first time after install "under" the top nUI panel. I usually have to go in and hide the top panel for a few minutes, drag all the LDB blocks to the center of the screen, unhide the top bar then move them where I want. Bugged the hell outta me the day I found that out, I thought I searched everywhere for those damn buttons, lol.
