Question about nUI

I'm just wondering if I could only enable the HUD along with the debuffs and cd count that goes along with nUI.So it disable how it effects my action bars, name/party panel, and the whole skin thing at the bottom of the screen. I've tried other addon that changes my hp and mana,energy, runic power, etc. and they simply don't beat what nUI does. ~~ thank you if you can help me.
