Trying to import panels for Kgpanels

Ok, im trying to revive an old UI. I have the artwork (Panels and such) downloaded into my Interface folder (Example of path "C:\Gaming\World of Warcraft\Interface\BL.tga") and I am trying to get KGP to import it.

I am assuming you go into the Art Library in KGP config and then add new artwork. Then give it a name, select type, then put in the path. But, Im not sure what to add here. Do I put the full path as in "C:\\Gaming\\World of Warcraft\\Interface\\BL.tga? Or just "\\Interface\\BL.tga"? I tried the latter, and nothing happened.
