Is it DBM in use there?
It's most likely bigwigs, the author(s) added styles a while ago wich is ace...<3

It looks like "tuk" style with his own statusbar texture.

I use my own wigs style wich is loaded as a seperate addon, so no need too ever worry about your customization being overwritten when updating it.
