Yes, that should work without any problem. I do not use the default action bars, nor the buffs, nor the unitframes, I simply included and skinned them for people using them (it would look pretty weird if they would not be skinned afterall

)

Is there a plugin or skin for the buff and debuffs?
Or do you know of an addon that will let me move and skin them?

Technically you can use any unit frame addon with miirgui, it is just a replacement for the default unit frames. And just as you can replace the default unitframes, you can also replace the ones from miirgui because for the game, the miirgui ones are the default ones.

As far as I know, it is however not really practical to use elvui on top of miirgui or the other way around because the 2 are biting each other on many levels. I think elvui does also skin the ui?

You could however choose a unitframe addon of your liking and of course a actionbar mod of your liking and setup the ui to your own liking.

Again, this texture pack can be used with any other addons, the only thing that can cause problems is when 2 addons try to do the same thing.

Could you try if the problem persists after you deleted/renamed the cache folder in the wow directory? Just want to add my two cents here. Seeing this also, with no other addons loaded. Seems worse when I try to accept an inline quest (one that appears/completes from the quest tracker). Was getting darkmoon faire quest items and when I would get a new one from say a dungeon, it would slide open the new quest banner in the quest tracker and if I clicked on it, then game would freeze.

If I disable miirgui (blue), it accepts/completes without incident.
