How do I...

change the length of the fubar bars? Once because of a glitch i was able to somehow get fubar to be about 3-4 inches shorter on each end, which was lovely cause then I could add my combat log and loot chat whindows there and still be able to access them if need be. (it was a glitch with ctviewport)

Is there a way to reproduce this?

Yes, pretty much every time I log in since the last patch I need to toggle from the character profile to another profile and back. Until I do so, the bar is completely blank. I've tried deleting all settings for FuBar and all its modules, and setting it all up from scratch, but no luck.

I'm getting this tho it's not that the tooltips are faded as such... they are being drawn behind the semi-transparent background making them darker.... fade out the background and they draw fine (tho are now unreadable )

I'm having the exact same problem as you guys, to "semi" fix it I use the UIReloadfu plugin, still it is a bit annoying hope it will get fixed.

Confirmation on Kilaera's post.

The problem for me (and some guildies I've converted over to FuBar) appears as if the background of the tooltip is being set to a higher strata than the actual text in the tooltip. If you adjust the transparency of the tooltip you can see the text fine - depending on what you have underneath where the tooltip appears of course.

It does seem to happen at random times, and often it's not the entire tooltip that's affected initially, for me, sometimes it starts out with just the first couple of lines in the tip being affected, but eventually this "dark alpha channel" gradually works it's way down the screen to cover more of the tooltips - making it impossing to interact with them in any way.

Detached tooltips are unaffected.

I use two panels at the top and bottom of my screen - 4 in total (yes i'm an info junkie!), and all my ace'd addons are bang up to date (courtesy of the ace updater). The problem first appeared 2-3 days ago.

Anyone else having similar issues and/or a potential fix?

fade problem

at seemingly random times all the information on my fubar plugins will fade out in a way. i can still see everything but it will be really dark and almost like they have all had a dark alpha channel dropped over them. when that happens i also can't interact with any of the information. if i right click the plugin it's configuration menu works as normal. i have bugsack loaded and it never shows any bugs that would be connected to this.

mazzith wrote on 01-12-2007 06:00 PM that his FriendsFU addon would work.
The version I have doesnt.

Does anybody know a version of FriendsFU, that works with WoW 2.0.5 TBC ???
I really miss that addon, and I don't want to change back tot Titan just because of this.
