To the others who have complained about the new Blizzard auto-complete.
I fully agree.
But what gets me is that in the patch notes it states :
Character name auto-completion for the chat frame, pop-ups , and mail interface can be enabled through an interface option in the Development setting.
Which is great in theory. The problem is that Blizzard seem to have forgotten to add the Development settings ?!?

A better way to handle this would be for Blizzard to allow a user to choose between the old and new autocomplete formats so that addons can continue to function properly.

Of course that's logical, so it'll never happen.

Ditto. The Blizzard autocomplete scheme is terrible. There's a fairly simple code workaround for it, which Gello posted on the UI & Macros Forum at forums.worldofwarcraft.com, but it would be nice if Yarko would fold that into this mod.

Other than that, EasyMail continues to work ok, but I'm crossing my fingers it's updated to replace Blizzard's lousy autocomplete with it's own.

I am a convert from CT_Mailmod to Easy Mail---I love it, love it! I have a question, though, and I'm not sure if you can help me. I have WoW loaded on two different computers, and on one of them, when I open the mailbox, there are boxes at the bottom to send disenchant items, mats, gems, etc. Is this part of your add-on and if so, why can't I get it on my other computer? If it isn't part of yours, do you have any idea which add-on puts this on there? I have compared the add-ons to each computer, and they are all the same except for a few differences that I don't think would cause this difference when opening the mailbox.

Sorry if I am rambling Anyway, LOVE your add-on! I won't use any other mail add-on EVER!!!!

Truthfully, this is just one more reason I regret using a special character. Thanks for the quick reply.

When sending to a character with a special character as the first letter (such as Óleifr), the first character isn't saved. It instantly gets changed to Leifr and is saved as such.

Not sure how it works with special characters in other positions.

Edit:Just noticed that it is saved as Óleifr and as Leifr.

Just wanted to say thank you for keeping Easymail up to date.

With out it, managing my mail isn't very easy.
