Editing Stuf Auras

So, I'm not to good with .lua (so I don't really wanna try my hand at an oUF edit), so I thought to just edit the existing auras of Stuf to my liking, if its possible. What I want to do is give them a 1px black border, and I want to make it so that my auras on a target are colored and other auras are desaturated.

I've been trying to fiddle with the aura border that Stuf comes with, but it always seems that the top and right side are slightly thinker (as seen here in this image), not sure how to get that just right, and I have no clue how to do the colored auras. Hoping for any help possible, and thanks ahead for any help given.

Woud be much more easy if you just use raven and anchor the Auras of it to Stuf all what you want is easy possible with the addon without lua.
You need a buff dispay addon anyway so why use stuf auras

I currently am using raven actually, I just thought to use the ones that comes with Stuf to cut back on 1 addon, but i guess raven does give me more options.

Would there be any way to do the colored/saturated thing with raven?

Yep its in the raven options at Appearance and then just scroll to the bottom "Desaturate Non-Player".
I know it because I have requested this a while ago
