Why does my skada look like this?

Is there any way to fix it?

Oh my good! Your skada looks like.... skada?
Have you tryed to klick on the top right button to change things in the options menu?

Still have not gotten a fix to this, going to 'options' and changing to RealUI gives me the same design.
