Okay, thats 2 questions but they're related. The main interface in many if not all of my addons are nUI. You can find a link in the list to the addon list for it.

It is a standalone interface set up that doesn't directly rely on other addons to work. It can work with many other addons but may run in with problems with unit mods and bar mods as that is the main functionality of the addon.
