Creating a copy of localization.enGB.lua and saving it as say localization.frFR.lua and changing the relative text and then adding the fille with the others in the .toc file to have it load should be all you need.

When all seems fine and dandy please post the new localization file to the addons optional file list so that others can use it. I will endeavour to include default functionality with the next update.
